What You Will Need:
1 + 2/3 c Vegan Pancake Mix or Flour
1 c + 1 tbsp Plant Mylk
1 tsp ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
½ tsp Vanilla
¼ c + 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
¼ tsp + 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp + 1/8 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Dash of Cardamom
¼ to ½ c Granola per Pancake Serving (topping)
Makes Approximately 8 Medium Sized Pancakes
