Hey Team, Welcome back. I hope that this finds you well. Today I bring to you a little 21 Day (fully customizable) Detox to help you shed that "winter coat", break your weight loss plateau, jump back into your healthy lifestyle and/or begin to incorporate more wellness habits into your daily routine! Because this is not a protocol made specifically for you and your needs making modifications for your particular situation will more tailor your experience to your needs. As I say in yoga, "take what you need and leave what you don't". That being said... make adjustments and mods for medications, mobility, fitness level, dietary restrictions, religion and things of the like!! Customizable is in the title for a reason, use this to help you and those around you create sustainable habits as well as find holes in your current regimen!! YOUR MENU: There are 3 levels and 3 categories. Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. The tips or suggestions offered will either fall into one of three categories: eliminate/decrease, add/increase and/or try/do additional research. I would suggest as a minimum incorporating as many of the Level 1 tips as possible in order to get the most out of your detox experience. Doing all of Level 1 and 2 would also be great, but the items in Level 3 are not meant to be done all at once. If using anything from Level 3 - research the 1 or 2 tips that would best fit your current detox plan and start there. The others can be rolled in later or can be started once you have ended something else. Level 3's mindset is slow and steady not all at once 😉 DISCLAIMER - consult a professional when changing, starting and/or modifying your exercise routine, eating habits, daily regimens and/or supplement intake!! FOR 21 DAYS 👇🏾 Level 1: eliminate alcohol, fried foods, sweets, soda, dairy, beef and pork increase whole / clean fruit and veg intake eat unprocessed / clean grain and carbs (in correct portion) eat easily digestible protein sources cooked healthfully increase water intake read and understand food labels and act accordingly try meatless Monday (it's just 3 days over the 21 day period) Level 2: increase activity (frequency, duration, type and/or variety) if not a trigger, start tracking (foods, calories, macros, habits and/or activities) get an accountability partner Level 3: further self research highly suggested try a cleansing mineral or supplement try a type of fasting try a parasite cleanse try a set of colonics try cleansing herbal tea Get more information on each tip by watching the YouTube video linked below.
